Students who have successfully completed the 10th Board Examination conducted by BSE Odisha, CBSE, or ICSE are eligible to apply for admission. Selection is strictly merit-based and conducted through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS).
Candidates shortlisted through the e-admission system (SAMS) will receive an official intimation letter by post or email, as issued by the Government of Odisha. This letter will contain details regarding the admission date and fee structure. Additionally, the list of selected candidates will be displayed on the college notice board.
In case of any grievances or disputes, the decision of the Principal of the admitting institution shall be considered final and binding.
Application Process
Admissions to the Higher Secondary School are conducted online through SAMS for each academic session.
The form is available only after the publication of the 10th board results by BSE Odisha.
Instructions for Submission of CAF
After downloading the CAF, students must read the instructions thoroughly and fill in the form in CAPITAL LETTERS.
The form must be submitted online through the SAMS portal.
A printed copy of the completed form, along with the required documents, must be submitted at the destination college / Resource Centre / Nodal College within the deadline set by the Government.
